EYELINER SEALANT

Description

This eyeliner sealant allows you to transform your favorite mineral eyeshadow to an eyeliner. Now you can create your own dramatic looks. This sealant was inspired by Urban Decay, try ours and forget the hefty price tag.

To apply, insert fine tip brush into sealant and then into shadow and apply to eye. Rinse brush tip under water before inserting back into tube. This also comes in a 1/4 small bottle for those who prefer their own eyeliner brush.
